AmixTM Keto Omega3 with natural vitamin E provides an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids known as EPA and DHA in their naturally existing ratios and is with a high natural vitamin E. Omega-3 fatty acids are needed daily, and must be obtained from our diet.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. When combined, EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA or EPA and DHA.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

When in Ketosis, the metabolic state uses fatty acids for an energy source instead of glucose.
When the body is in a state of ketosis, it produces three different kinds of ketones. These three ketones are acetoacetate, acetone and beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB). BHB is the most effective and the body uses it more efficiently than the others. During the low-carb diet, when the glucose is no longer available, your body and brain will begin to use BHB as the primary source of energy.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 softgel daily with food. Wash down with plenty of water.
