Usage : 5g once a day with 200ml of water or juice. Creatine is usually started with a 5-day loading period, during which it is taken at 20g per day. During the charging period, take: 5g in the morning, 10g in the afternoon or 5g before and after training, 5g in the evening. After the loading period, continue to take 5-10 g of creatine per day for up to 3 months. Then take a break of at least one month and then you can continue taking creatine.
