Acerola and its benefits for our body

The capsules contain vitamin C of natural origin, and our body absorbs it more effectively and naturally, just like from the tropical cherry. The body naturally absorbs the vitamin with minerals and enzymes that increase each other’s properties. Besides, natural vitamins don’t have contraindications; they are beneficial for adults and children.

The exotic fruit in question is extremely rich in the microelements necessary for our body. In particular, Barbados cherry contains:

    • Ascorbic acid, which has a positive effect on the human immune system.
    • Retinol, also known as vitamin A. It is necessary for maintaining the sharpness of vision and preventing different conditions of photoreceptors.
    • Multiple vitamins of the B group. Their action is mainly directed at improving the functioning of the nervous system.
    • Potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and some other minerals. They have a positive effect on the heart, vessels, hair, nails, and bones.

Due to this combination of vitamins and minerals, the fruits of acerola have powerful antioxidant properties. They help our body fight the harmful impact of free radicals and speed up the processes of collagen production. The latter directly influences the health and appearance of our skin.

Acerola contains vitamin C in the form which humans have been used to getting from berries and fruits for tens of thousands of years. That is why the action of the vitamin is more effective and fully covers the deficiency caused by the consumption of modern fast food.
