CREATINE MICRONIZED 200 MESH + TAURINE is designed for professional athletes.

Recommended daily portion is 6,5 g (1 scoop).

Dissolve a single serving of the product – 6,5 g (1 scoop) in 250 ml of water or juice. On workout days:1 serving 30 min. before a workout or 1 serving directly after a workout. On non-workout days:1 serving in the morning after getting up or 1 serving at bedtime.

INGREDIENTS: creatine monohydrate (76,2%); taurine (22,9%); vit. C (L-ascorbic acid) (0,9%).
