    Creatine hydrochloride is obtained by attaching a hydrochloride molecule to a creatine molecule, which results in a creatine salt. The conversion of creatine into a salt compound gives it some advantages. The main and, perhaps, the most important advantage of this form of creatine is that it is perfectly soluble in water and is currently one of the most easily soluble forms of creatine on the sports nutrition market.

    In addition, creatine hydrochloride is almost completely absorbed by the body. It is often called "concentrated" creatine because a very small portion is needed to get the effect of its consumption. According to the conducted studies, a portion of creatine hydrochloride equal to 1.25 g is comparable in terms of the degree of exposure to 5 g of creatine monohydrate.

    That is why creatine hydrochloride is considered to be a much more effective substance among other forms of creatine in terms of increasing muscle strength and endurance. Due to this valuable property, the athlete does not need to consume increased portions of creatine and do the loading phase. In addition, the consumption of creatine hydrochloride reduces the manifestations of discomfort in the stomach, for example, bloating.

    Successfully absorbed, creatine hydrochloride penetrates into the muscles and, accumulating in them in the required amount, takes part in the production of ATP. This leads to an increase in muscle strength and gives the energy to perform more repetitions and improve existing athletic results.
