    Experienced athletes select training accessories for powerlifting and weightlifting without waiting for injuries. This is the right approach, and it should be adopted by all visitors to the gym.

    By timely purchasing the equipment for training in the gym, one can prevent several problems at once:

    • the appearance of calluses;
    • sweating;
    • painful sensations;
    • loss of grip;
    • infections.

    In most cases, people buy fingerless gloves for sports. The only exception is winter sports. Even if you have a manicure, girls special mitts, and training takes place without undesirable consequences.

    Gym gloves and their types

    The range of use of such gloves is enormous: from the traditional weight room and gymnastic gym to extreme cycling and street workouts. Options have also been developed to meet the requirements of fitness, bodybuilding, strength sports, cross-fit, and rowers.

    Models with fingers are common in winter sports: skiing, snowboarding, bobsleigh, and biathlon. It's not just warm clothes for your hands. There are elements, which are common to the entire category of sports gloves: Gym gloves picture

    • Tight cuff with a wrist lock.
    • The non-slip surface of the product in the area of the grip.
    • Internal sealing.
    • Good ventilation.
    • Removal of moisture from the inside.

    The following elements are also used in special models:

    • External sealing pads to protect the knuckles.
    • Straps for a comfortable grip.

    The choice of equipment depends on the configuration and weight of the training equipment, the training program, and even the time of year, or rather, on the temperature regime of the gym. Bodybuilding and fitness do not depend on the weather, but we recommend that you have at least two pairs of different gloves: with straps, with a mesh, and with a strong lock-wristband.

    The best materials for sports gloves are neoprene and genuine leather.
