AAKG Mega Hardcore is a unique blend of the most biologically active form of L-arginine - alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and L-citrulline malate. Composition and application

How to use: Take a single serving of the product - 4 capsules - twice daily with 300 ml of water. On training days: 1st serving 30 minutes before training; 2nd serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1st serving 30 minutes before first meal, 2nd serving before bed.
