Composition and application

Ingredients corresponds to a daily dose of 4 capsules:
Garcinia fruit extract	1200 mg
Balsamodendron gum powder	280 mg
Hymnema leaf extract	40 mg
Terminalia fruit extract	40 mg
Trigonella seed extract	40 mg

Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose (emulsifier). Capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (thickener), water.

How to use: 2 capsules twice a day after meals, with water.

Use AyurSlim capsules continuously for 4-6 month for best results. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Reduce fatty and sweet food intake. 20-30 minutes of brisk walking is recommended. Store out of the reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
