    1 capsule contains:   ~ 36 million CFU (colony forming units) with active and live intestinal bacteria and 56.3 mg FRUIT (brook extract, fig, lemon, red pork), 19.5 mg ROOT (spinach, mustard turnip), 9.2 mg MUSHROOMS (shiitake, bunch of leaves, muril mycelium), 8.2 mg BERRY (Chinese fence yarn, blueberry eye and stump), 6 mg SEA WATER. ~ 36 million CFU (colony forming units) with active and live gut bacteria and 56.3 mg FRUIT (brook extract, figs, lemon, red pork), 19.5 mg VEGETABLES (spinach, mustard turnip), 9.2 mg MUSHROOMS (  shiitake  , leaf cluster, muril mycelium), 8.2 mg BERRIES (Chinese fence yarn, blueberry eye and stump), 6 mg SEA WATER

    Adults and children are advised to take 1 capsule daily 40 minutes before or 2 hours after meals. After that, you should drink water. The product is suitable for people of all ages. People under three years of age are advised to squeeze out the contents of the capsule (due to the risk of suffocation).
