The Dr. OHHIRA® Prebiotic Paste is produced in the same way as the Dr. OHHIRA® Probiotics for a 5-year fermentation. In fact, they are very similar to the OM-X probiotics - they differ only in that instead of living lactic acid bacteria in the prebiotic paste, they are dead. In order to pack them without damaging them, the fermentation process must be stopped, and for this, heating is used, which kills lactic acid bacteria.

The good news is that the dead lactic acid bacterium Enterococcus faecalis TH 10 also stimulates macrophages and strengthens the immune system. This has been demonstrated by in vitro studies carried out by manufacturers.

The number of lactic acid bacteria in one 2.5 g sachet: 0.009 g

One sachet a day 3-7 times a week (as needed) at any time of the day. Squeeze the contents of the packet directly into your mouth and swallow. Drink with lukewarm water. Do not mix with hot drinks or food. After opening the bag, use it immediately. Do not exceed the recommended rate. A food supplement is not a substitute for a complete, healthy diet.
