Its main task in the body is to transport fatty acids from the cytosol to cell organelles - the mitochondria. This process allows you to get energy from fat. This property is taken into account mainly in supplements aimed at reducing adipose tissue. L-Carnitine has a wide and positive spectrum of action on the entire body. It has a positive effect on the regeneration of the liver.

Silymarin extract

It's the name for a complex of plant-derived compounds that is widely used to treat liver problems. The extract is obtained from the shells of milk thistle, a plant from the Asteraceae family found in virtually every place in the world. The composition of silymarin includes flavonolignans such as silybin, isosilibins, silixstrins and silydianins, as well as a flavonoid - taxifolin. Silymarin is a substance with a broad spectrum of activity, excellent support for the liver. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and detoxifying properties. It is involved in the production of bile, lowers cholesterol and stabilizes cell membranes. It prevents cirrhosis of the liver and protects it from toxins and poisons.
