OstroVit Beta-Alanine SHOT is non-carbonated drink containing beta-alanine (5 g / 80 ml). Contains sweeteners.
Product is for people who want their training to be longer and more effective, to increase the promotion of lipolysis (fat burning) or maintain a perfect figure.

A pocket version of the famous OstroVit Beta-Alanine
It is a laboratory-modified isomer of a naturally-occurring amino acid, which is alanine. After consumption, it is used in the production of carnosine, which acts as an acidic buffer in the body.

Properties:
The supplement being a precursor to the synthesis of carnosine increases muscle endurance, and allows you to perform additional repetitions during strength trainings. It is also ideal for people who practice sprint or rowing. Beta-alanine has a number of advantageous properties:

Consumption of beta-alanine causes muscle hypertrophy, which is an advantage when working on dry muscle tissue
Some studies indicate an increase in lipolysis or fat burning in people who supplement beta-alanine
The effect of increasing muscle endurance and reducing tiredness during training
Allows performing additional repetitions, increases the amount of trainings which leads to more effective increase in muscle tissue
Allows training longer and more effectively

Ingredients

Usage: one serving (20 ml - 4 teaspoons) consume 3 times a day with meal.

Warning! Disposable intake of beta-alanine in excess of 800 mg may cause side effects (tingling, numbness). It is advisable to consume a single serving of 800 mg with a break of at least 3 hours between individual unit servings of the product.
The product is intended for people with increased physical activity.
Do not exceed 3 servings during the day!
Do not mix with alcohol.
The product is not indicated for children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women.
Do not ingest if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Note! Sediment is a natural phenomenon.
Shake before use.
Once opened, store in the fridge, consume within 48 hours.
Store in a cool, dry place at 2-25°C. Protect from sunlight and freeze.
