Whey protein isolate is the ultimate form of protein powder. It contains over 90% protein and very little fat and lactose. The whey protein isolate with the highest biological value of all known proteins is rich in essential and substitutable amino acids.
In the production of whey protein isolate, proteins are separated from fats, cholesterol and lactose in a delicate process based on molecular size and weight.
Whey protein isolate contains more than 90 g of protein on a dry matter basis per 100 g, has a low fat and lactose content but a high calcium content. The method of preparing the whey protein isolate helps to maintain the biological activity of the whey protein, thereby ensuring the integrity of the immune system strengthening components.
Pour 150-250ml of water or milk into a shaker (the less liquid, the denser the mixture becomes). Then add ~ 25g of powder, mix and drink. Use 2-3 times a day or so as needed
