Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Isolate powder contributes to a growth in muscle mass and the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones. It is an excellent source of protein for all athletes, bodybuilders and fitness models.
It is created from the highest quality whey proteins which undergo a series of sophisticated filtration processes to ‘isolate’ out excess fat, and carbs. Some of the Whey Protein Isolate is then hydrolysed – broken down into smaller chains of amino acids. The final product is a complete protein containing no more than 0.3 g of sugars, 0.4 g of fat and 83% of pure protein per serving. In each serving, there is also 5.5 g of naturally occurring essential amino acids, BCAAs.
Use Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein Isolate before training to promote the growth of lean muscle mass, after training to support your recovery or any time a day as a delicious protein shake.
