L-Glutamine this amino acid accelerates the process of protein synthesis in the body. This is especially useful during training - under loads the body's need for glutamine increases. In addition, it also helps to recover faster from illnesses. L-glutamine is necessary for the body for accelerated recovery and suppression of catabolism. With its help, muscles recover much more effectively. Protein in the body is synthesized with the help of this amino acid, and it also helps to produce vitamin B3, glucosamine and glutathione.

Composition and application

How to use: The basic daily dose is 12 g (2 measuring spoons). Take 1 measuring spoon (6 g) approximately 30-60 minutes before training and 1 measuring spoon (6 g) after training. Mix 1 measuring spoon with 250-300 ml of water.
