Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), namely L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, are among the amino acids essential for the human body. Our body is unable to produce them, or can only produce them in insufficient quantities, so these amino acids can only be obtained from our daily diet.

Composition and application

DIRECTIONS: On training days, take 1x5 tablets before training with a glass of water. On rest days, take 1x5 tablets between meals with a glass of water.
