Preparation is particularly easy. Just follow the simple instructions and you're a master chef in a minute!
- Raise a 1 tablespoon (45g) Protein Cupcake mixture to the edge of the mug. Measuring spoon included in the bag. Tip: Use a suitable mug of at least 300ml microwave. Recommended even larger.
- Pour in exactly 50 g / ml of water and mix with a spoon until evenly dissolved.
- Bake in the microwave for up to 1 minute, constantly watching the dish. The cake can rise a little (~ 2 cm) over the edge of the cup and let it rise and bake. Make sure that it does not spill just over the edge.
- Enjoy with a spoon straight from the cup or pour around on a plate. It must be soft chocolate on the top and muffin on the inside.
