A healthy and balanced recipe. Tastes like dessert, but is a healthy and balanced meal. Not even a gram of added sugar! The perfect healthy snack at home or in the office.
Extremely easy and quick to prepare. Mix 45 g of powder (measuring spoon included) in a cup with 50 g / ml of water and bake in the microwave for ~ 1 minute. Enjoy straight from the cup or put the delicious cake to the plate.
Rich in protein (30.3%) and fiber (9.8%), which fills the stomach well and delicious. Prebiotic fiber is good for your digestion.

Composition and application

Preparation is particularly easy. Just follow the simple instructions and you're a master chef in a minute!

Raise a 1 tablespoon (45g) Protein Cupcake mixture to the edge of the mug. Measuring spoon included in the bag. Tip: Use a suitable mug of at least 300ml microwave. Recommended even larger.
Pour in exactly 50 g / ml of water and mix with a spoon until evenly dissolved.
Bake in the microwave for up to 1 minute, constantly watching the dish. The cake can rise a little (~ 2 cm) over the edge of the cup and let it rise and bake. Make sure that it does not spill just over the edge.
Enjoy with a spoon straight from the cup or pour around on a plate. It must be soft chocolate on the top and muffin on the inside.
