Vitamin C has anti-inflammatory effects and inhibits allergic reactions. It strengthens the immune system, improves calcium absorption and is an essential component of collagen synthesis processes in the human body. This vitamin is used as an effective main and auxiliary means in the prevention (and treatment) of infectious and other diseases.
The beneficial properties of vitamin P are enhanced by the presence of vitamin C. This combination of substances improves the physiological state of the capillary walls, increases their elasticity, reduces fragility. This feature, in particular, is used by athletes to reduce the occurrence of microtrauma during intense training.
