L-carnitine is a natural amino acid that contributes to weight loss. Some of its reserves are present in skeletal muscles, but also in the liver and kidneys. The main function of this amino acid is to convert fats into energy in the body. By transporting long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, carnitine prevents the accumulation of lipids in skeletal muscle, heart muscle and liver. We get L-carnitine by eating animal food and it is also synthesized by our body. Animal sources are lamb, pork, beef and rabbit, fish and milk.

The powerful Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis L.) has many good properties thanks to the high concentration of several beneficial substances. Green tea contains many different vitamins and minerals, the most special and useful substances of which are polyphenols. The green tea extract used in our product has a 50% polyphenol content. Polyphenols are among the most powerful antioxidants in the world. Antioxidants have many important roles in the body, the most important of which is to minimize cell damage caused by the aging process and free radicals in the body. In addition to polyphenols, green tea also contains naturally occuring caffeine (8%). Caffeine has been shown to assist in weight loss by regulating the hormones that can enhance thermogenesis. Thermogenesis is the process by which your body burns calories to digest food and produce heat.

CLA is a conjugated linoleic acid, which is sourced from safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) seeds. CLA is a valued supplement and ingredient that can help you achieve your weight loss goals. It is found naturally mainly in meat and dairy products, but it is difficult to get enough of it in the diet. Therefore, it is good to supplement your menu with a CLA food supplement.

Composition and application

HOW TO USE: For adults, 4 capsules per day. Recommended before training. WARNINGS: The dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. Do not use this product if you consume other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not use in pregnant, lactating women and children under 18 years of age. Do not use on an empty stomach. STORAGE: Store in the original packaging at a temperature of 5-25°C, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
