Green tea
The usefulness of green tea is confirmed by centuries of practice and the latest scientific research. But it should be noted that the daily consumption of the classic drink is not always possible. These capsules are much more convenient. They can be taken on a long journey or a short business trip. They are made by a well-known manufacturer and contain a concentrated set of substances essential for improving health, strengthening immunity, ensuring weight loss, and solving other problems.
Active ingredients, their properties and features
The full composition of green tea includes hundreds of different chemical compounds and is too complex for detailed study. Note further only those components that have the greatest impact on the human body:
- Caffeine activates metabolic processes. An accelerated metabolism increases the consumption of energy reserves during exercise and is therefore quite beneficial for weight loss. It should also be noted that caffeine has an invigorating effect on humans. It helps them perform large amounts of work, to withstand sufficiently strong and prolonged loads, and stimulates brain activity.
- Tannins have a complex effect. They are harmful to some germs. Their presence in the blood strengthens the walls of blood vessels. They can also extract dangerous radioactive chemicals from the body.
- Catechin has excellent antioxidant characteristics and protects the cardiovascular system. It determines the weight loss effect of green tea.
- Vitamin C has anti-inflammatory effects and inhibits allergic reactions. It strengthens the immune system, improves calcium absorption and is an essential component of collagen synthesis processes in the human body. This vitamin is used as an effective main and auxiliary means in the prevention (and treatment) of infectious and other diseases.
- The beneficial properties of vitamin P are enhanced by the presence of vitamin C. This combination of substances improves the physiological state of the capillary walls, increases their elasticity, reduces fragility. This feature, in particular, is used by athletes to reduce the occurrence of microtrauma during intense training.
