    How to use:

Yerba matet is traditionally served hot in a dish called  gour  or  calabash . It is drunk with a metal straw with a filter inside to prevent lumps from entering your mouth. To start, however, the traditional way of making tea is enough - use a tea strainer or jug, add about 2g of tea and let it brew for 4-5 minutes. The ideal water temperature for making yerba mate is about 77 degrees, the use of boiling water gives a bitter taste. This tea is often served with lemon and milk.
