What does Be Active taste like?

It has a sour blackcurrant flavor with the addition of mint.

Composition and application

What does this product consist of?

Ingredients: Freeze-dried blackcurrants, blueberry leaves, blackcurrant leaves, hibiscus, mint leaves

How to use it?

For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons to a cup of tea powder, pour over 200ml ~ 80-85˚ of water and let it infuse for ~ 5 minutes.

For iced tea, add 3 teaspoons to a cup of tea powder, pour 250ml ~ 80-85˚ of water on top and let it infuse for ~ 30 minutes. Serve with plenty of ice!

Portion size

For hot tea, add 2 teaspoons to a cup of tea powder, which is ~ 2 grams. For iced tea, add 3 teaspoons to a cup of tea powder, which is ~ 3 grams.

Servings in a pack

Each 36 g pack contains 12-18 servings, the actual number of servings depending on the size of the servings used.
