How to use: 1 serving = 75 g = 2 measuring spoons. Dilute in water (600 ml). Fill a shaker with 200 ml of water, add 2 measuring spoons of Vitargo® Crea-X (75 g), shake thoroughly for 1–2 minutes, then add the remaining amount of water and mix well again. Intake phase – days 1–5: Take 3 servings of Vitargo® Crea-X per day, distributing them evenly. Be sure to drink the last serving immediately after your workout (if you have one that day). Allow 3–4 hours between servings. It is best to take Vitargo® Crea-X between meals. Maintenance phase – from day 6 onwards: Drink 1 serving per day (7.5 g creatine monohydrate), preferably immediately after your workout. Vitargo® Crea-X helps effectively replenish glycogen stores after intense training while providing you with all the benefits of creatine.
