Magnesium	420 mg
Magnesium citrate	3000 mg
Composition:	Fillers (calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), anti - caking agents (magnesium salt fatty acids, silica).
Usage:	3 tablets daily at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. The product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The product is not intended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
