Psyllium Husk 1500 mg in capsules

Psyllium Husk powder is derived from the seed coverings of the Plantago Ovata plant. It contains a high amount of soluble fiber. Psyllium supports healthy gastrointestinal functions and speeds up waste removal from the body.

Composition and application

Recommended Use: take 2 capsules two times daily.
Intake capsules with plenty of water.
Be sure to drink plenty of additional liquid throughout the day.

Active ingredients	Per serving = 2 capsules
Psyllium (plantago ovata plant)	1500 mg

Other Ingredients: gelatin capsule (made from pure gelatin, water, dyes: titanium dioxide), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Warnings: store at a temperature not exceeding 25C in cool dry place away from sunlight.

Warning: Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing.
The product is not designed for children.
Do not exceed recommended daily dosage!
