Fibers are divided into two - water-soluble and water-insoluble. Soluble fiber has the unique ability to absorb 4-6 times its volume, which fills the abdominal cavity and creates a feeling of fullness to prevent overeating.

Insoluble fiber remains unchanged, making stools harder and softer so they pass more easily through the intestines. When consuming foods or supplements that are high in fiber, be sure to consume plenty of water, as water-soluble fiber will absorb water and your body may become dehydrated.

Product information:

Colon Cleanse Detox contains psyllium e. desert tea leaf pods and flaxseed, which are among the best and most abundant natural sources of fiber, containing high levels of both water-soluble and insoluble fiber. The fiber in plants softens stool, which improves bowel function. Their fibers also effectively cleanse the intestines by binding harmful compounds.

Turmeric stimulates the body's digestive juices and helps maintain liver function. Blueberries are a good metabolic activator, containing many useful natural sugars, organic acids, vitamins C, B1, B2, PP, carotene, tannins and pectins, dyes and minerals such as manganese and iron. Lactic acid bacteria support the intestinal microflora and are actively involved in the breakdown and absorption of nutrients. Mint relaxes the intestines and gives the product a pleasant aroma.

Briefly about fibers:

The amount of fiber should be increased gradually. An adult should receive 25–40 g of fiber per day, depending on the daily energy requirement (approximately 13 g of fiber per 1000 kcal). Women need 25 g and men 35-40 g per day. After age 50, the recommended amount of fiber is 21 grams for women and 30 grams for men. For children over one year of age, the recommended daily intake of fiber is 8 to 13 g per 1000 kcal of energy consumed. Approximately for children, the daily recommendation can be calculated using the formula “age + 7”. A very high fiber intake is not advisable because there is a risk that some of the minerals the body needs will be bound to poorly soluble compounds and the body will not be able to absorb the mineral.

HOW TO USE: Mix 1 tablespoon of powder with a glass of water, juice or acidified milk and drink immediately. Start with a smaller amount (1 teaspoon per day) and gradually increase the dose, observing the body's reactions.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional or physician if pregnant, nursing or taking medications. Fibers can reduce the effects of drugs due to their high absorption capacity. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use the supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to eat a varied and balanced diet and lead a healthy lifestyle. Other recommendations

Mix the powder with water, juice or yogurt and immediately use the mixture according to the following scheme:

Proper bowel cleansing: courses 2-4 times a year, 1-2 tablespoons of powder with 1-2 glasses of water. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

For weight loss: 1 tablespoon 30 minutes before meals, 2 times a day. Drink a glass of water immediately after each meal, another glass of water after 15 minutes, then start eating only after 15 minutes.

If you are prone to constipation: 1 tablespoon daily, 1 time per day in the morning. Can be added to porridge. Always immediately drink 1 more glass of water at room temperature (or warmer)!
