Mr. Popper´s^® High Protein Pancakes are so tasty, light and fluffy. Just add water, stir and pour onto the griddle. With more than twice as much protein compared to traditional pancakes, breakfast has never tasted so good!

A high protein content means the Mr. Popper´s® High Protein Pancakes contribute to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass. Mr. Popper´s^® High Protein Pancakes contain a combination of four types of protein, CFM^® - Cross Flow Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate, partially hydrolyzed CFM® Whey Protein Isolate Hydrovon®, Whey Protein Concentrate and Micelle XL™. This product is excellent for a breakfast but you can consume it during the whole day. These Pancakes are ideal for anyone looking for an easy way to increase protein intake.

CFM^® - cross flow microfiltration system is a gentle process using state-of-the-art. This natural, low-heat process results in high levels of undenatured protein and yields a product with excellent taste and optimal nutritional qualities, which includes all major whey proteins as well as protein microfractions and bioactive peptides.

Tip: If you have already the sweety pancakes enough you can try the salty variant from natural flavor, you can add the mixed fresh baby spinach and you get the perfect salty variant.

Tip: For better consistency and smoothness you can add 2 spoons of Cottage cheese to the prepared dough and your pancakes will not be so dry and you´ll get more protein. Bon appetite!!!

Composition and application

How to use:

1. Whisk 3 measuring spoons (60 g) (about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 150 ml of water. The batter should be slightly lumpy. Do not overmix!

2. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake onto the prepared and preheated frying pan.

3. Cook pancakes for 60 to 90 seconds on each side or until golden brown, turning only once.

Warnings: Not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or storage.
