How to use:
1. Whisk 3 measuring spoons (60 g) (about 3 pancakes) of pancake mix and 150 ml of water. The batter should be slightly lumpy. Do not overmix!
2. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake onto the prepared and preheated frying pan.
3. Cook pancakes for 60 to 90 seconds on each side or until golden brown, turning only once.
