Composition and application

Instructions for use

Mix 37 g (1 scoop) of low-fat milk or water. Experiment with backing thickness depending on whether you want thicker or thinner pancakes. Shake or mix vigorously until it resembles a regular pancake batter. Heat a Teflon pan and fry over medium heat until the cake turns golden brown on both sides. Allergy Info: Contains milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, fish and shellfish ingredients. Use this product as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not a substitute for such.
