Composition and application

How to use: Take 2 Licaps® daily approximately 30-60 minutes before exercise. Drink with plenty of water.

Warnings: Limit the use of medications, foods or beverages containing caffeine while taking this product, as too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, insomnia and sometimes rapid heartbeat. Avoid this product if you are allergic to aspirin, have high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, glaucoma, seizures, ulcers, difficulty urinating, enlarged prostate, diabetes or thyroid, blood, liver or eating disorders. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Not intended for children. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Before using this dietary supplement, you should consult with your doctor. Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight.
