This is a dietary supplement designed to increase lean muscle mass and speed up recovery. After an intense workout, your muscles need high-quality protein and amino acids more than ever to grow. If you do not “feed” them, you will lose in quality and volume, as well as strength indicators.

GOURMET Protein is not only a healthy, but also a delicious whey protein blend (concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate) that allows you to fill the protein deficiency with a low sugar and fat content. It will be your perfect ally, especially when preparing for a competition or cutting down to achieve a low fat percentage and excellent definition! This mixture does not contain aspartame!

Composition and application

How to use: Mix 2 measuring spoons (30 g) with 250 ml of water or low-fat milk. Use a blender and drink immediately. To change the consistency of the drink, change the amount of water used for preparation. The daily dose is 2-3 servings.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. When using this food supplement, you should consult with your doctor.
