Composition and application

How to use: Take 1 capsule daily with a small amount of water.

Ingredients: inositol, coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; 60 mg sunflower lecithin diluted with 20% phosphatidylcholine, equivalent to 12 mg phosphatidylcholine (1 tsp); B3 (niacin), filler: cellulose; B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), B2 (riboflavin), B5 (calcium D-pantothenate), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), PABA (P-aminobenzoic acid), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-biotin), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
