Usage:
Take one packet after training. The second option: one packet immediately before training and the second after 30 minutes. after training. If you are taking a post-workout protein shake then wait 30-45 minutes. after taking Animal Nitro and only then drink a shake. Always take Animal Nitro on an empty stomach, preferably with 240 ml of fruit juice.
