Creatine ethyl ester is creatine monohydrate to which a cofactor, in this case an ester, has been added. This substance is an organic compound, synthesised by esterification, i.e. the reaction of carboxylic acid and alcohol, which results, through the combination of creatine and an ester, in improved creatine absorption.

Unlike other creatine monohydrate supplements, CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester) contains Creatine Ethyl Ester. The main difference with creatine monohydrate lies in the absorption capacity, because with less Creatine Ethyl Ester, the same effect can be achieved as with monohydrate, and even without any wastage of creatine.
