Declaration of withdrawal from
In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the consumer must inform FITPOINT SUPERFOOD OÜ by an unambiguous statement (for example, by e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from the Agreement. To do this, the consumer can use a standard form of a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement, which is not mandatory. In the application for withdrawal from the Agreement, in addition to the customer's contact information, the size of the purchased product, its model, the name of the manufacturer and the reason for withdrawal from the Agreement should be indicated.
