Description

Mega Daily One Plus is a multivitamin and mineral complex with 25 ingredients! It contains high doses of vitamin B and vitamin C, in addition to essential minerals, including magnesium, selenium and zinc. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems and helps to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

It also helps maintain normal immune function during exercise and after intense exercise (beneficial if you take 200 mg a day in addition to the recommended daily amount of vitamin C). Vitamin B2 helps maintain normal vision and red blood cells. Folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis.

Mega Daily One Plus capsule contains 250% of the recommended daily amount of vitamin D3! Vitamin D promotes the maintenance of normal muscle and immune function and better absorption of calcium and phosphorus.

Zinc contributes to normal fertility, reproduction and maintains normal testosterone levels in the blood, as well as contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the contraction of muscles (including the heart muscle). It also aids in protein synthesis and ensures normal bone and dental health.

Selenium contributes to normal spermatogenesis, thyroid function and is useful for dry hair and brittle nails.
