Description

HMB is a metabolite of the amino acid leucine of BCAA and is synthesized in the human body. It is produced at about 0.2-0.4 grams per day. Approximately 3 grams per day has been used in standard studies. L-leucine itself is becoming increasingly popular among bodybuilders.

The advantage of HMB is that it does not cause fat accumulation or water retention in the body, it is not a stimulant and it has no hormonal effect. This product is intended for athletes who are used both outside the competition season during the preparation period. Prevents muscle loss during intense training, increases strength and muscle mass.
