    Return Policy

    The guarantees and the procedure for returns provided by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia apply to the goods purchased from the loverte.com online store.

    The goods purchased by the Customer may be returned within 14 days as of the date of delivery of the goods.

    RETURNING THE PRODUCT:

    • The customer must inform us of their intention to return a product within 14 days after receiving the goods by email [email protected].
    • In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the consumer must inform FITPOINT SUPERFOOD OÜ by an unambiguous statement (for example, by e-mail) of his decision to withdraw from the Agreement. To do this, the consumer can use a standard form of a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement, which is not mandatory. A standard form of declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement is available here. In the application for withdrawal from the Agreement, in addition to the customer's contact information, the size of the purchased product, its model, the name of the manufacturer and the reason for withdrawal from the Agreement should be indicated.
    • Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • The customer must bear the cost of returning, unless the reason for returning is non-compliance with the order or defective goods.
    • The money paid for the returned goods will be reimbursed to the customer immediately but no later than 14 days after receiving the statement of withdrawal. In addition to that, the cost of delivery will also be reimbursed to the customer.
    • The customer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Commission of the Consumer Protection Board, which is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract if the disputed goods cost more than €20 (the reviewing of complaints by the commission is free of charge).

    SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS:

    • If the goods purchased from the Fitpoint.ee online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will replace the defective goods.
    • If the goods cannot be replaced, the online store will return all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
    • The Fitpoint.ee online store responds to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 14 days.
