Biotin or Vitamin H or Vitamin B7 or Vitamin B8 or Coenzyme R is a predominantly endogenous water-soluble B-group vitamin that is required on a daily basis in trace amounts for the normal functioning of both physiological and eukaryotic organisms. Biotin is an indispensable growth factor for many bacteria. Vitamin B7 and its isomers are also bioactive biomicromolecules and essential coenzymes. Biotin is found in many plant and animal nutrients, and in animals with normal physiology, biotin is synthesized through microorganisms in the gut. It is also used as an essential ingredient in pharmaceuticals, supplements, vitamin preparations and cosmetics.
Usage: take 1 tablet daily with water.
