Description

Casein nourishes the body during sleep. Made from high quality micellar casein, which is known as a slow-digesting milk protein due to its structural properties and slower absorption rate. Composition and application

Ingredients: micellar casein protein (milk), flavors, thickener (carboxymethylcellulose), sweetener (sucralose).

How to use: Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 250 ml of cold water or milk in a shaker. Take 1-3 servings daily immediately after exercise, before bed, or between meals.
