Protein Rex Protein bar -Raspberry-yogurt- is gentle protein bar with raspberry yoghurt taste.

The berry and creamy dessert is ideal as a snack for people who love sports and fitness.

GYM are non-glazed, low carb, high protein bars. They are convenient to use as a snack during the day or after exercise.

Use:
A universal balanced protein complex for use before and after training, in between meals, before bed. It is used in addition to the main diet as an additional source of protein. The ratio of different types of proteins - fast (whey) and slow (casein) and allows you to achieve a better effect than consuming one type of protein.

It is recommended to consume 1 bar per day.

Protein Complex:
Whey Protein Isolate (France) is a fast-digesting protein. 95% protein per 100 g. It is a high quality protein with the highest biological value.
Milk protein concentrate (Switzerland) - absorbed more slowly than whey protein, gradually increasing the concentration of amino acids in the blood and maintaining it at a high level for 6-8 hours. Supports anabolic processes throughout the day.

Prebiotic:
Polydextrose (Belgium) - natural soluble dietary fiber can stimulate the reproduction and growth of beneficial bifidobacteria.

Composition and application

Ingredients: protein complex (whey protein isolate, milk protein concentrate); soluble corn fiber; almond flour; isomaltooligosaccharides (prebiotic); drinking water; non-fat dry yoghurt (skimmed milk powder, starter culture); cacao butter; raspberry; sweeteners: erythritol, stevia extract; powdered milk; sea salt; humectant glycerin; natural flavors.
