Power System Fitness Roller

The roller has a unique design and two different massage zones that allow for a purposeful massage. The massage roller is the best way to relieve muscle tension in areas that are difficult to stretch, such as the outside of the thigh and the muscles of the lower leg. The massage roller is a very effective tool for relieving lower back and upper back tension, as stretching alone may not help in these areas.

The massage roller is durable enough to withstand heavy loads and repeated use.

The roller is compact and easy to take with you on a workout or trip. The roll is also hollow inside and you can put a drink bottle or towel, for example.
