Product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, oat, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Suggested usage: Dissolve one serving of the product 30 g (2 scoops) in 300 - 350 ml of water in a shaker. Take 1 serving daily after training.
