The daily requirement for this element for an adult is from 150 to 300 micrograms. Iodine plays a special role in the proper functioning of our thyroid gland and is actively involved in the production of thyroid hormones such as thyroxine, known as T4, and triiodothyronine, or T3. These are the necessary hormones that regulate the proper functioning of our entire body, which makes iodine such an important element in the human diet.

Composition and application

How to use: Take 1 serving (1/2 tablet) per day. The product is intended for adults.

Ingredients: Bulk agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; potassium iodide (iodine).

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, cereals containing gluten, eggs, celery, mustard, crustaceans, fish.
