OstroVit Flaxseed Flour is a linseed flour.
It is a product from the latest series of ecological flours by OstroVit, which went a step further and included 10 different flours in its offer, containing a high content of dietary fibre.
Depending on the type, each of the flours has specific sensory features and individual properties that you will use in the kitchen to prepare the most delicious and various dishes and baked goods.

Linseed flour is recommended for pancakes, cocktails, muesli and desserts.
It is used alone or as an addition to other flours.

Protein makes up at least 20% of a food's energy value. Flaxseed flour has a protein percentage of about 33%
