It is a product from the latest series of ecological flours by OstroVit, which went a step further and included 10 different flours in its offer, containing a high content of dietary fiber. Depending on the type, each of the flours has specific sensory features and individual properties that you will use in the kitchen to prepare the most delicious and various dishes and baked goods.

Coconut flour has a slightly sweet taste and a mild coconut scent. It has excellent water-binding properties. It will do great in sweet pastries. The product is suitable for people intolerant to gluten.
