Vitamins A, D, B6, B12 and C and the minerals iron, selenium, zinc and copper are important for the normal functioning of the immune system. Water-soluble vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and C as well as magnesium and iron help to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
