It contains, among other things, the addition of B vitamins, which have a beneficial effect on the functioning of the entire body, the branded BrainBerry® chokeberry extract, guarana extract and taurine. ALLDEYNN TURBOROSE Energy Drink is a unique formula that also contains 300 mg of magnesium from magnesium lactate, 500 mg of inositol, 1.5 g of taurine, 1 g of L-arginine, 1 g of carnitine, 139 mg of L-theanine, 30 mg of glucuronolactone, 682 mg of high caffeine guarana extract, 165 mg of aloe vera and 65 mg of Brainberry® branded extract®.

Description of TURBOROSE ingredients and their role

Vitamin B3 contributes to normal metabolism. Vitamin B6, in turn, is involved in the normal functioning of the immune system. In addition, it influences glycogenesis (the conversion of glucose into glycogen) and glycogenolysis (the process of breaking down glycogen) in muscles; its deficiency can lead to a disruption in energy production. It is also involved in the production of red blood cells, which transport oxygen to our cells, and assists in the absorption of magnesium.
Vitamin B5 contributes to the normal metabolism of carbohydrates and fats. It is involved in body's energy metabolism and prevents fatigue. It supports the nervous system and also contributes to the proper functioning of the digestive system.
Vitamin B12 strengthens concentration, aids learning and supports thinking, is essential for the proper functioning of the circulatory and digestive systems, soothes nerves, increases resistance to stress, prevents anaemia and improves appetite.
Taurine - is an amino acid with an anti-catabolic effect (stops muscle protein breakdown processes), which makes its consumption particularly important before training. Taurine is also the primary transporter of creatine into the muscles and regulates the levels of the electrolytes magnesium and potassium, which simultaneously increases their absorption.
Magnesium - contributes to reducing feelings of fatigue and tiredness.
Inositol - strongly supports the nervous system. It increases the sensitivity of serotonin receptors and has a positive effect on the level and distribution of acetylcholine. These compounds are neurotransmitters with beneficial effects on mood, wellbeing and memory.
L-arginine - is an amino acid that is a precursor of nitric oxide (NO). Among other things, nitric oxide dilates blood vessels, regulates blood pressure and acts as a neurotransmitter in the nervous system. In addition, L-arginine influences the building of muscle mass and also reduces body fat.
Carnitine - it participates in the metabolism of lipids thus enabling their burning and energy production.
L-theanine - is classified as a nootropic - a substance that stimulates the brain and improves concentration. It has the effect of increasing the concentration of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin, glycine and GABA. It produces a synergistic effect with caffeine in terms of increasing attentiveness and reducing susceptibility to distraction. L-theanine affects the nervous system by lowering the level of stress experienced, thus relaxing and helping to reduce unnecessary nervous tension.
Glucuronolactone - regulates the production of glycogen, i.e. muscle fuel. It is also a transmitter for the synthesis of substances such as taurine and ribose, which improve energy processes in the body and thus reduce the feeling of fatigue and improve reaction time.
Guarana extract is known for its stimulating properties due to its high caffeine and guaranine content. These ingredients also give guarana its thermogenic properties, resulting in the stimulation of lipolysis, which causes the breakdown of fats into metabolised products in the tissues. The extract used in the product is standardised at 22% caffeine content, which boosts energy, improves mood, increases concentration time, improves reflexes, reduces drowsiness and, of course, gives motivation to train.
Aloe vera has antioxidant properties and regulates glucose levels and blood pressure.
Brainberry is a branded ingredient developed by BioActor - a leader in the production of plant extracts with clinically proven effects. It is a chokeberry-based extract standardised to contain:
