NOW Liquid Vitamin D3 delivers key vitamin in a well absorbed liquid form.

The human organism naturally derives vitamin D both from the diet and from the skin, where it is produced when exposed to ultraviolet sunlight. However standard diet does not ensure sufficient intake of vitamin D and especially during the winter months (or even in the summer if the sunscreen is used regulary), the body may feel deficiency of this vitamin.
In that case dietary supplements may be a good solution.

The inportance of vitamin D can be among other things shown on the fact that it is responsible for normal absorption of phosphorus, maintains healthy bones and teeth and healthy muscle activity.

Composition and application

Suggested use:
Shake well before using.
For adults, take 4 to 10 drops per day.
For children, administer 4 drops per day, or as recommended by a nutritionally-informed physician.
Take directly or add to your favorite beverage.
If the dropper contacts the lips or oral tissues, thoroughly wash and dry it before replacing in the bottle and closing it completely.
Use ideally with fat-containing food (vitamin D is soluble in fats).

Other ingredients: MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides) from coconut/palm kernel oil.
