Description

Supplement with amino acids L-tryptophan and L-theanine, plant extracts, vitamins and minerals. This supplement contains L-tryptophan, which is involved in the production of serotonin and melatonin, helping to support mood and healthy sleep. Also includes mint extract and hawthorn to promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. Melissa helps support mental and physical well-being. Other components, such as magnesium and B vitamins, help maintain normal nervous system function and reduce fatigue.

Composition and application

How to use: Take 1 tablet daily with meals. During stressful periods, use the product for two months in a row; during long stressful periods, the course can be continued after a month's break. It can also be used as needed, following the recommended daily dose.
